MONZA

All gears and shafts, except speedometer drive gear, are made from 3% Ni-Cr.-Mo. steel and case hardened. Close tolerance diameters, including external splines, are ground to remove any distortion incurred during heat treatment. Internal splines are finished after hardening by wire cutting.

Gears have original tooth form and are interchangeable with original parts. We do not, however, recommend meshing new gears with old.
