Established 1966

Brineton Engineering was established in 1966 to satisfy the demand for precision engineered components in the small to medium quantity range.

Specialist/High Performance automotive components

Over the years this demand has often proved to be in the specialist automotive industry, from turn of the century vehicles, through to Leading Edge single seat racing cars of top Formulas. 

A unique spares service is offered to owners of some of the more unusual and rare historic vehicles, such as Bugatti and Bentley.

Quality through Versatility

Versatility has always been of prime importance, covering as many aspects of precision engineering as practically possible. This enables complete in house control over quality throughout the production process and a better understanding of some of the more specialised processes, such as the design and manufacture of many types of gears and power transmission applications.

Although much of the production is automotive related, the design and complete manufacture of special purpose machines and sub-assemblies is accomplished for a wide range of industries.

Comprehensive service from design to manufacture

Services are comprehensive, from the complete manufacture of individual components made to customers own drawings or initial design and development through to full production using the many facilities and specialist skills established within the company.

New premises

In 1998, to meet continuing demand for it’s services, Brineton moved to a new, individual and purpose built factory and offices, occupying some14000 square feet. This has enabled further growth of the company and the addition of more sophisticated machine tools to supplement the already very versatile production facilities.
